Salesforce Agentforce Engineer

12-Month Contract | Hybrid | Dublin Client

I'm recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join my client on a high-profile programme delivering innovative AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation initiatives, designing intelligent agent experiences that transform business operations.

Contract: 12 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and configure solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and the wider Salesforce platform.
  • Develop AI-powered agent experiences and intelligent workflow automation.
  • Integrate Agentforce with enterprise applications, APIs and third-party platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Configure and optimise conversational experiences and operational workflows.
  • Support testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous platform improvements.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices for security, governance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, Salesforce Engineer or in a similar Salesforce technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration and development.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce, AI-enabled workflows or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms and APIs.
  • Experience delivering solutions within enterprise and cloud-based environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within collaborative delivery teams.
